      If you look at a stock dividend it is reflected as a ratio of dividend to price per share. Most stocks therfore produce a fairly low yield relative to ROI or ROE usually in the 2-3% range, (not 10).
      I have yet to see many bonds above junk status paying 10% or better, or those issued by shaky foreign countries dealing with currency and internal economi/political concerns.

      stocks with large steady dividends would work. bonds can give you 10% You don’t need AAA bonds to be safe.

      Its true Perpetuity offer some sort of return for an indefinite period of time.But you lose money over time due to inflation, eventually making this value equal zero.Perpetual bonds, even though they pay interest forever, can be igned a finite value, which in turn represents their price.
