My father died with an outstanding work comp annuity, I’m the beneficiary, but the insurance company is giving me the run around. I gave them the information that they asked for and they still won’t tell me any thing. My question is, should I get legal representation?
No one here can tell you to get an attorney or not. You have to make that decision for yourself. But keep in mind….attorneys are not cheap.

Are you executor of his estate? If not, the executor will have to do this.
BUT. There is no "workers comp annuity". It doesn’t work that way. Any workers comp lost wages/disability payments he would have been receiving, die with him. Any future medical bills payments, well, they go away too, as clearly he isn’t going to have any more future medical bills.
If he died of the workers comp injury, and was under 65, you still might be entitled to some survivor benefits, though.
